Cancellation Policy

1) The total accommodation service (NO SHOW) will be charged if the passenger(s) do not show up to stay at the Apart Hotel Bahia Caracoles on the stipulated and confirmed date according to the service request on the indicated date, being guaranteed with the pay.

2) Cancellation of the accommodation service must be made 72 hours in advance (3 days), outside this period a charge will be made for the entire accommodation.

3) The Guest's cancellation must be informed via e-mail or a similar communication system.

4) This modality does not apply to long weekends and high season.

5) Apart Hotel Bahia Caracoles does not accept confirmed reservations with the billing system without prior advance deposit with CHECK IN: 2:00 p.m. / CHECK OUT: 12:00 Hrs.

6) Bahia Caracoles Apart Hotel with the accommodation service does not accept reservations without prior deposit or advance payment to the accommodation.

7) All passengers at the time of check-in must guarantee their extra consumption with a Credit Card, even if the reservations are pre-paid or supported by the companies.

8) Accommodation Services there is Early Check in and Late CheckOut (06:00 to 13:00 and 12:01 to 20:00 hrs.) with a value of 50% of your rate.

9) Parties or meetings that disturb the tranquility of other guests are not permitted in the apartments. (The entry of people not registered as guests of the apartments is not allowed)

10 Cancellation of accommodation in Apartments that must be carried out due to force majeure will be informed 72 Hours in advance and will be informed via e-mail or a similar communication system.

11 Animals are not allowed inside the accommodation.

12. You must remember that if you stay longer, you must pay the difference.

As Bahía Caracoles Tour we are committed to preventing the exploitation of human beings in any of its forms and the sexual abuse of minors associated with tourism, for which we have developed the following prevention activities:

  • Information should always be requested from clients and companions of minors about their identity document: passport if foreigner and identity card if national.
  • Do not allow the sale of a tourist service when there is a suspicion that it may be a case of sexual abuse of minors. If there is a real suspicion, the seller must immediately report this situation to his superior, who must make the decision of the actions to follow.
  • If the staff sees any strange situation between a passenger or a child (such as: giving money or gifts from an adult to a minor for no apparent reason, questions about a child's situation; an adult in an obvious state of drunk in the company of a minor; among others) immediately inform your superior.
  • As Bahia Caracoles, we periodically train and raise awareness among our collaborators on issues of prevention and reporting of child sexual exploitation.
